Sydney Harbour’s most sought out waterfront dining destination is holding a special dinner event for New Years Eve packaged with ticketed access to Barangaroo Reserve.

We are offering either a 5pm or 8pm sitting, featuring a seasonal tailored menu created just for the evening.

Zushi’s signature modern take on Japanese cuisine will feature an 8 course New Year’s Eve tasting menu designed to share with drink specials on the evening.

Barangaroo Reserve tickets $42 must be bought in conjunction with the Zushi Tasting Menu.

ika sōmen, NSW cuttlefish, yuzu dashi sauce 

bonito tataki, tamari ponzu, crispy leek 

mount cook salmon sashimi

pork jowl, braised with sweet soy

oven roasted glacier 51 toothfish, saikyo miso, crispy nori
