We value listing only high quality produce from local farmers that align with sustainable practices from organic or biodynamic wines, the freshest finest veg and sustainable seafood where possible. And if you’re not on speaking terms with gluten, almost 90% of the menu is now gluten-free.
Chef Lee brings three decades of experience to our kitchen, creating a mix of mouth-watering sushi and Izakaya-inspired dishes. From traditional bento boxes to innovative sashimi tacos to tantalising tempura, our menu has something for everyone.
