We value listing only high quality produce from local farmers that align with sustainable practices with organic or biodynamic wines, the freshest veg available and sustainable seafood where possible. And if you’re not on speaking terms with gluten, almost 90% of the menu is now gluten-free.
We serve all the Japanese classics from pan-fried Gyoza to Nasu Dengaku, however, we’re big fans of keeping things interesting with lots of daily specials to add to our unique creations such as our signature inside-out rolls. All dishes are meant to be shared, or you can leave it up to us by choosing one one of our tasting menus.
