Book a table at Zushi


Zushi’s Booking Policy

Reservations for Zushi are available at Barangaroo and Surry Hills from Monday to Sunday lunch and dinner.

Reservations for Zushi Surry Hills Omakase experience are released a month in advance. Zushi Surry Hills Omakase bookings have only 2 seatings of 6pm and 815pm sharp with a seating time of 2 hours. We are unable to wait for guests so the food will begin promptly. No shows or late cancellations on the day of the event will incur a fee.

To stay up to date with last-minute cancellations please send us an email to the respective venue you would like to book or including the date and time, your full name, mobile/email address to be added to our online waitlist or join our online waitlist via Open Table.

Please note, you will receive a confirmation email if you have booked with your email address. If you do not receive this confirmation email, there may have been an error in your reservation.

Upon booking if you wish to receive text updates and reminders please ensure you have selected “Yes, I want to get text updates and reminders about my reservations.” You will then receive an SMS 24 hours prior to your booking that confirms your booking again as well as let you know when your table is ready. 

Tables are allocated by date of reservation. Your requests will be noted, but not guaranteed. We encourage you to kindly respect your reservation seating time. Late cancellations or no shows will incur a $20pp charge for standard bookings and $50pp for function bookings of 10 or more.

A large group booking is considered 10+ guests and must select a Tasting Menu + 10% service charge applies to the total bill.

If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and call our reservations team to postpone your booking until another time. Zushi is taking every possible precaution to ensure the health and safety of our guests and our staff. 

Surcharge and special events policy:

For Sunday, a 10% Sunday surcharge applied to the total bill.

Please be aware for all public holidays our menu is a la carte only. There is also a 15% public holiday surcharge applied to the total bill.

For special events, we may offer a set menu only and a 10% service charge applies to all bills.

For New Years Eve, we will not be providing a set menu and a 10% special event service charge applies to all bills.
