We value listing only high quality produce from local farmers that align with sustainable practices with organic or biodynamic wines, the freshest veg available and sustainable seafood where possible. And if you’re not on speaking terms with gluten, almost 90% of the menu is now gluten-free.

ZUSHI UPDATE 27.9.2021

NSW Gov has announced new restrictions for dine-in from 11th October when the state expects to reach 70% double vaccination. However Zushi will re-open for both venues for dine-in from Monday 18th October. All bookings from 18th October till the 1st December will be available to double vaccinated guests only based on the current NSW government restrictions. Birthday vouchers can only be used from Monday to Thursday and are not allowed to be redeemed during the weekend from Friday to Sunday. All vouchers sent during lockdown will be honoured till 31st January 2022. Book online now! We’re looking forward to seeing you back soon!

COVID PRECAUTIONS

We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. In order to accommodate for the volume of bookings we have set turn times and seating times for selected days.

If you wish to stay longer, please choose the later seating at lunch of 130pm or 8pm-8.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights.

We can take tables up to 75 guests at Barangaroo and 36 guests at Surry Hills in total with a maximum large group booking of 20 only.
