We value listing only high quality produce from local farmers that align with sustainable practices with organic or biodynamic wines, the freshest veg available and sustainable seafood where possible. And if you’re not on speaking terms with gluten, almost 90% of the menu is now gluten-free.
We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. In order to accommodate for the volume of bookings we have set turn times and seating times for selected days.
If you wish to stay longer, please choose the later seating at lunch of 130pm or 8pm-8.30pm on Friday and Saturday nights.
We can take tables up to 75 guests at Barangaroo and 36 guests at Surry Hills in total with a maximum large group booking of 30 only.
