Please note there is a minimum food spend of $1000 and $350 for one Chef. We cater with one chef for 20 max guests with our standard tasting menu or 10 max guests with our deluxe tasting menu. Additional chef is $350 per chef to cater for more guests or more add-ons to the menus.

What areas do you operate in?
We offer the service for most Inner Sydney areas. Please enquire to check availability for other areas.
Are there any minimum spends?
There is a minimum food spend of $1000 and $350 per Chef.
What days do you offer this service on and how long in advance do you need to confirm the service?
We offer Mobile Zushi service daily from 12pm to 8pm based on chef’s availability. Service confirmation must be made at least one week prior and a 50% deposit needs to be taken when the service is confirmed.
Do you supply crockery and glassware?
Crockery and glassware hire are an additional charged based on the requirements of your function or event.
What cooking equipment do the chefs require?
Chefs will require gas stove with cooking pans for Deluxe Menu. An oven is required if Yuzu Chicken or Miso Salmon is ordered.
How much space do the chefs need to work?
A benchtop 2x2m or similar for food preparation is required. Food serving area is depending on the style of the event.
How do you present the menu dishes?
Food items will be presented for sharing. Sashimi will be served on sashimi boat, sushi will be served on wooden trays, and hot food will be served on sharing plates. We provide all serving plates for menu dishes.
How long does this service last?
- Our team usually require an hour to bump your event in.
- Depending on the size of your event, we’ll need 1-2 hours to execute the menu.
- Once we’ve served the menu, our team will require at least 1 hour to bump out the event.
- These timings may vary depending on the size of your event, and menu options chosen.
