School holidays just got cooler. Kids can learn sushi-making skills through three levels, from their first maki roll through to creating their own signature sushi.

With 3 different levels, there’s a class for all ages and abilities.

KIDS BEGINNER — $80pp
90 mins | Age 6+ | 6–10 kids
For first-time sushi makers. Learn how to make onigiri (chicken & cooked tuna), futomaki (salmon, avocado, cucumber), and mini uramaki inside-out roll (salmon).

KIDS INTERMEDIATE — $80pp
90 mins | Age 6+ | 6–10 kids
One step closer to being a sushi master: hosomaki (avocado), large uramaki inside-out roll (salmon, avocado, cucumber), onigirazu sushi sandwich (avocado, cooked tuna, chicken, mayo).

KIDS ADVANCED — $100pp

90 mins | Age 10+ | 6–8 kids
Introduction to knife skills, temari zushi – the nigiri hack (salmon, tuna, white fish), and signature roll challenge (your choice of ingredients and toppings!)

Includes: ingredients & equipment, apron, juice on arrival, E-recipe booklet and sushi mat to take home.

Adult Sushi Making Classes

Our Adult Sushi Masterclass is designed for food lovers who want a deeper dive into sushi craft

Learn nigiri, futomaki and Zushi-style inside-out signature rolls in a hands-on class led by a Zushi chef.
