Yuzu Marshmallow Cake
A zingy citrus delight with a fluffy, toasted finish.
Lady finger with yuzu & lime syrup, light coconut cream, yuzu & lime gel, coconut mousse, and toasted marshmallow come together in this bright, refreshing cake.

Terms and Conditions
- Pre-orders required: Please order at least 48 hours in advance. Cakes are not confirmed until we contact you. Full payment is required upon ordering.
- Best enjoyed fresh: Cakes are made to be consumed on the day.
- Not suitable for takeaway: In-store celebrations only.
- No refunds: With cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the booking date, no refund is made but we can transfer the value of the cake into a Zushi gift voucher to use on an alternate date.
